Sung An Temple

These photos were taken in and around the Sung An (Temple of Infinite Grace), in Minh Mang's Tomb, Hue. This temple held his most prized possessions and the Chinese inscriptions on the stela detailed his merits and accomplishments including his 142 children.

These photos below are a view of the temple through the Hien Duc Gate.

You can gather by now how much I love doorways and windows!!

I really was impressed with the Gateways Jules... these Temples you have shown us have been a joy to see. I have larned a little as well along the way.
Now then this Friday.. I'm hosting Sky Watch while Dot is away... how about blowing all the others away with your beautiful skies. You don't have to visit every one who leaves a comment, or visit every other blog that takes part. Not every one dose.

Yes, the photos are indeed beautiful. I too love doors and windows with special designs and shapes. They are interesting.
