Saigon Lights

The square on the intersection of Le Loi and Nguyen Streets is the hub of Saigon. Included in this square are:

The famous Rex Hotel, home to American servicemen during the Vietnam War.

The stunning City Hall - People's Community Building,

....and diagonally across from that is Vietnam Airlines.

All these pictures are beautiful Jules and I'm happy to say are all showing.
I has a similar problem last week with uploading pictures for Peters Blog... 1 showed up 2 would not. and then last week on my sky watch post no matter how many times I altered the text it showed up on the blog as bold text and a larger than normal font... All part of the fun of blogging? ha! I think not. :O)

Jules, I am really enjoying your posts. And it really makes me want to visit my home country soon. My family and I left April 1975 and I was six years old.

It seems weird to see all of that neon in Ho Chi Minh City, Jules.

I'm sure old Uncle Ho will be chuckling away at the lovely sight of a resurgent and independent Vietnam, bless him.
